One important compatibility note: our wire harness will require a separate connection of the red 12 volt ignition wire to the new radio. While the factory radio harness doesn't have it, our combo kit provides a cost-effective solution. If you're confident in locating and connecting this wire, you'll save a nice chunk of money. However, if you're unsure, we recommend purchasing a harness adapter with the built-in ignition turn-on for a hassle-free installation.
Keep in mind that this combo kit will not retain factory steering wheel audio controls, as extra adapters are required for that feature. Additionally, if your factory audio system is the external amplified type, like Infinity, Bose, Sony, etc., then this harness is not compatible. It works perfectly with regular factory audio systems.
